Appointment Policy

Please book your appointments as early as possible to ensure your preferred appointment time. We recommend you book follow up appointments after your scheduled treatment.

If this is your first visit with us or you are coming in for a new service please arrive 15-25 minutes ahead of your service to fill out paperwork, ask questions, and relax before your treatment begins. We want you to enjoy the full time with our talented therapists.

If you are running late please call, so we can try and accommodate your appointment. If you are excessively late, keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or change the service to another time.

We want to make this a very pleasant experience for all clients. We thank you for you cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

A Credit Card Number or Gift Certificate Number is needed to schedule an appointment. We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-show appointments are charged 50% to the credit card on file or the Gift Certificate is voided. However, we do offer a one-time "grace" period. After the 2nd time your card will be charged for 50% of the service, or you will lose the treatment if it is part of a package.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates must be presented at time of service or Gift Certificate number verified.


All women who become pregnant during their medical treatments, must discontinue treatments. Remaining treatments will be placed on hold until after pregnancy or remaining balance my be place on store credit and used for other services. No refunds are available. Individuals who move out to the area during treatments are not eligible for refunds. Consideration will be on a case by case basis and at the discretion of management.

Package Refunds

All packages not initiated within 4 months are not available for refunds and money paid will be placed on a house account for store credit. They will be considered initiated packages or services. No refunds are available.

Return Policy

For first time clients, once treatment has begun on any package or service, no refunds will be available. If the client does not want to continue with treatments a credit will be given that can be used for other services at the facility. If treatments have not begun, or if the procedure is deemed medically inappropriate the client may request a full refund.

For returning clients who have had medical services in the past, and completed packages any new purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Entourage MD is unable to return any items after purchase. All Sales are final.

Full Priced Gift Certificates

Share your favorite services with a loved one, a client or your staff. Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. They may be used for services or products in the clinic. Gift certificates applied towards service appointments that are cancelled 24 hours or less will be considered redeemed for 50% of the value. Appointments not kept shall be considered fully redeemed.

Discounted Gift Certificate Policy

Must be used on full retail price spa services and products only.
Cannot be used on already discounted products and services.
Excludes Botox and Fillers.
Cannot be combined with any other promotion.

We require a major credit card to reserve all spa services. Because spa services are reserved for you, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Cancellations received the day of the service will be billed for 50% of the value of services reserved.

Take a few minutes to relax. We encourage you to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your service to unwind. Starting your appointment on time will allow you to experience the full benefit of a complete, unhurried service. We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage or loss to personal items including clothing and accessories.
